NCIL is excited to open our Registration for our 2024 Annual Conference on Independent Living taking place in Washington DC from July 22 to 25, 2024! The theme of this year’s conference is Back to the Future. With this theme, we invite everyone to revisit our foundational values and look to a future that embraces disability justice – loving all bodies and leaving no one behind.

NCIL’s Annual Conference is designed to provide peer support, organizing, advocacy, and learning opportunities. It is the largest Independent Living event of the year. NCIL regularly hosts over 1,000 people, including grassroots advocates, CIL and SILC leadership, members of Congress, government officials, and representatives from other organizations that work for justice and equity for people with disabilities.

This year’s conference will take place onsite in Washington, DC. Portions of the workshops will be recorded and available for all NCIL Members wihtin a month after the Conference. 

Please note that if you are a NCIL Member, you will have to log in through the Membership Portal in order to receive the member discount. If you do not know your member login information, please reach out to Denise@ncil.org. Personal Assistants can use the code ASSIST2024 to receive a full discount. Please note that there will be DEAI and Youth scholarship applications released by April 1, 2024 for those who have financial constraints.
